Abstract

Abstract Jumarni/212017230/2021/ The Effects of Organizational Commitment, Work Environment and Work Discipline on Employee Performance of PT. Hanuraba Sawit Kencana (HSK) Banyuasin. This study aimed to determine the effect of organizational commitment, work environment and work discipline on employee performance of PT. Hanuraba Sawit Kencana (HSK) Banyuasin, either simultaneously or partially. This research was an associative type, with the variables were organizational commitment, work environment, work discipline and employee performance. The sample was 55 respondents, with the data collection method used a questionnaire. Technical analysis in this study used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis proved that organizational commitment, work environment and work discipline had a positive effect on employee performance. [1] The results of hypothesis testing simultaneously showed the value of Fcount > Ftable, which meant that there was a significant effect of organizational commitment, work environment and work discipline on employee performance. [2] The results of partial hypothesis testing showed the value of tcount > ttable, which meant that there was a significant effect of organizational commitment on employee performance. [3] There was a significant effect of work environment on employee performance. [4] There was a significant effect of work discipline on employee performance. The value of the coefficient of determination showed that the variables of organizational commitment, work environment and work discipline were able to contribute to the ups and downs of employee performance by 73.7%.
