Abstract

ABSTRACT Muhammad Aldi Saputra / 212017034 / 2021 / The Effects of Compensation, Work Motivation, and Job Training on Employee Performance of PTPN VII Tebenan Betung Business Unit The formulation of the problem in this study to find out whether 1) Compensation, Work Motivation, and Job Training gave effect on Employee Performance of PTPN VII Tebenan Betung Business Unit. 2) Work Compensation gave effect on Employee Performance of PTPN VII Tebenan Betung Business Unit. 3) Work Motivation gave effect on Employee Performance of PTPN VII Tebenan Betung Business Unit. 4) Job Training gave effect on Employee Performance of PTPN VII Tebenan Betung Business Unit. This research was conducted with the hypothesis 1) There was an effect of compensation, work motivation, and job training on employee performance of PTPN VII Tebenan Betung Business Unit. 2) There was Compensation Effect on Employee Performance of PTPN VII Tebenan Betung Business Unit. 3) There was an effect of Work Motivation on Employee Performance of PTPN VII Tebenan Betung Business Unit. 4) There was an effect of Job Training on Employee Performance of PTPN VII Tebenan Betung Business Unit. This type of research was associative. The sample used 53 employees of PTPN VII Tebenan Betung Business Unit with the technique of using purposive sampling. The data in this study used primary and secondary data. The data collection method wasthrough a Questionnaire and Documentation. The data analysis technique used Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results of this study indicated that 1) There was an effect of Compensation, Work Motivation, and Job Training on Employee Performance of PTPN VII Tebenan Betung Business Unit. 2) There was an Effect of Compensation on Employee Performance of PTPN VII Tebenan Betung Business Unit. 3) There was an effect of Work Motivation on Employee Performance of PTPN VII Tebenan Betung Business Unit. 4) There was an effect of Job Training on Employee Performance of PTPN VII Tebenan Betung Business Unit.
