Abstract

Hospital Dr. Rivai Abdullah Banyuasin 1 is a hospital that belongs to a class C hospital located on Jalan Sungai Kundur Jalan Sabar Jaya, Sungai Kedukan, Banyuasin 1, South Sumatra province. Dr. Rivai Abdullah Banyuasin 1 Hospital has many types of buildings. The hospital, which stands on an area of ​​27.5 hectares, has 150 inpatient beds, 112 toilets and 377 employees, both medical and non-medical employees. The hospital's clean water supply which is usually used for health services and daily needs is obtained from a water source from the river then accommodated in two ground tanks with a capacity of 125 m3 clean water needs Dr. Rivai Abdullah Banyuasin 1 is very important in providing services and comfort for patients, employees and visitors who will come. The problem at this hospital is the lack of need for clean water due to the large number of hospital buildings that are considered insufficient to meet the needs of clean water in all existing buildings. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion that has been carried out, it is found that the maximum need for clean water for daily operations is 166,282 m3 / day and the water requirement for the fire-fighting system is 640,080 m3 for 30 minutes, while the amount of clean water available is 125 m3 / day. Thus it can be concluded that the water source of Dr. Rivai Abdullah Banyuasin 1 Hospital has not been able to meet the operational water needs of the hospital and the need for sprinkler water. So the planned volume of Tendon Air capacity is 95 m3 and Groundtank is 770 m3.
