Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this study is 1) Was there is an effect of employee development and work motivation on employee performace of sustainabel green industrial fiberbord banyuasin 2) Was there is an effect of employee development on employee performace of sustainabel green industrial fiberbord banyuasin 3) Was there is an effect of work motivation on employee performace of sustainabl gren industrial fiberbord banyasin. This type of research is associative. thr sampel used was 52 sampels. The sampling techique used proporational stratified random samplin. The data required is based on time, namely, cross section data (periodic). The dta method used is trought observation, interview, e-questionnaire and documentation with literature study. The data analysis tecnique used is mulyiplelinear regression analysis, f test, t test, dan koefisien determinasi. The resuls show that by using a level of cofidence of 90%, 1) There was an effect of employee development and work motivation of empoloyee performance in sustanable green indusrial fiberbord banyuasin 2) There was an effect of employee development f empoloyee performance in sustanable gren indusrial fiberbord banyuasin 3) here was an effect of work motivation of employee performance in sustanable green indusrial fiberbord banyuasin. Kata kunci: employee performance, employee development,and work motivation.
