Abstract

ABSTRACT Yulia Etika Riana/ 212017289/The Influence of Motivation and Job Training on the Performance of Employees of PT. Pawnshop III Palembang Regional Office. The Formulation of the Problem in this study is 1] was there any effect of Motivasi and Job Training on Employee Performance, 2] was there any effect of Motivation on Employee Performance. 3] was there any effect of Job Training on Employee Performance. This type of research is associative. There are 3 variables used, that was Motivation, Job Training dan performance. The Population in this study were 82 Employees, with a sample of 86 respondents taken by startified random sampling. The data used are primary data. The method of collecting data through a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. The test results showed 1] The results of the F test prove that there is a significant effect of Motivation and Job Training on Employee Performance, 2] The results of the t test prove that there is a significant effect on Motivation and Job Trainingpartially on Employee Performance.
