Abstract

ABSTARCT Pemulutan District has an area of 122.92 km2 with a population in 2019 of 44,546 people, and divided into 25 villages, making it Pemulutan Sub-district with the most number of villages in Ogan Ilir Regency. Of the 25 villages, only 8 villages that can experience the clean water service, only about 950 connections and the distribution is still not optimal. So far, the need for clean water in Pemulutan Sub-district has not been properly fulfilled. Therefore, people in Pemulutan District prefer to use river and well water as an alternative source of clean water and it has long been a habit for people living around the river to use river water sources directly to meet their daily water needs. From the results of the analysis of the domestic clean water needs of the Pemulutan Sub-district community in 2019 amounting to 33,513 liters / second and non-domestic needs 3,948 liters / second, while in 2029 it is 36,988 liters / second, and non-domestic clean water needs 4,577 liters / second, so that the water production debit net current is around 20 liters / second, thus it can be ignored that the fact that the air for 2029 has not yet been able to meet the clean water needs of the pemulutan community. So a solution to the problem is sought so that the need for clean water can be fulfilled. The solution given is that PDAM Tirta Ogan Unit IKK Pemulutan must increase production capacity and production time by 205 liters / second with production hours of 11 hours.
