Abstract

ABSTRAK Dewi Lestari / 21 2017 035 / 2021 / Pengaruh Motivasi dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT.Pusaka Sinar Dian Abadi Kabupaten PALI (Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir) Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh motivasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT.Pusaka Sinar Dian Abadi Kabupaten PALI. Jenjis penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian asosiatif. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 52 responden dari total populasi sebanyak 110 karyawan. Teknik pengambilan data sampel menggunakan teknik Purposive Stratified. Metode pengumpulan dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data kualitatif yang dikuantitatifkan. Teknik pengolahan data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda, uji F, uji t dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian dengan uji F menunjukkan ada pengaruh signifikan motivasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Pusaka Sinar Dian Abadi. Hasil uji t menunjukkan ada pengaruh signifikan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, ada pengaruh signifikan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Pusaka Sinar Dian Abadi. Kata Kunci : Kinerja Karyawan, Motivasi, Lingkungan Kerja. ABSTRACT Dewi Lestari / 21 2017 035/2021 / The Influence of Motivation and Work Environment on Employee Performance of PT Pusaka Sinar Dian Abadi, PALI Regency (Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir) This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of motivation and work environment on the performance of PT.Pusaka Sinar Dian Abadi, PALI Regency. This type of research uses associative research. The sample in this study were 52 respondents from a total population of 110 employees. The sample data collection technique used purposive stratified technique. The collection method uses a questionnaire and documentation. The data analysis in this study used quantitative qualitative data analysis. Data processing techniques using multiple linear regression analysis, F test, t test and correlation coefficient. The results of the study with the F test showed that there was a significant influence of motivation and work environment on the performance of the employees of PT. The Heritage of Sinar Dian Abadi. The results of the t test show that there is a significant effect of motivation on employee performance, there is a significant effect of the work environment on the performance of the employees of PT.
