Abstract

ABSTRAK Ahmad Toyyiban Sobari/212017315/2021/Pengaruh Faktor Fisik dan Faktor Finansial Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan PT. Citra Ogan Komering Ulu Surat Kabar Harian Oku Selatan/Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia Rumusan masalah dalam Penelitian ini adalah adakah Pengaruh Faktor Fisik dan Faktor Finansial Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan PT. Citra Ogan Komering Ulu Surat Kabar Harian Oku Selatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Faktor Fisik dan Faktor Finansial Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan PT. Citra Ogan Komering Ulu Surat Kabar Harian Oku Selatan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Asosiatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah kuisioner. Populasi penelitian di PT. Citra Ogan Komering Ulu Surat Kabar Harian Oku Selatan berjumlah 60 karyawan. Jumlah sampel yang terpilih sebanyak 52 karyawan. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif di kuantitatifkan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah analisis regresi linier berganda, uji F, uji t dan koefsien determinasi (R2) dengan tingkat signifikan 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya Pengaruh Faktor Fisik dan Faktor Finansial Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil regresi linier berganda Y = 4,663 + 0,357 X1 + 0,338 X2. Secara simultan memperlihatkan adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan Faktor Fisik dan Faktor Finansial Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan dengan nilai Fhitung (31,373) ≥ Ftabel (3,18) dengan tingkat signifikan 0,000 < sig α = 0,05. Secara parsial diketahui Faktor Fisik berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan dengan nilai thitung (3,300) ≥ ttabel (1,675), dengan signifikan t 0,002 < sig α = 0,05. Faktor Finansial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan dengan nilai thitung (2,975) ≥ ttabel (1,675), dengan tingkat signifikan t 0,005 < sig α = 0,05. Uji koefsien determinasi 0,544 (54,4%) variabel faktor fisik dan faktor finansial mampu menjelaskan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Sedangkan (45,6%) dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain diluar penelitian. Citra Ogan Komering Ulu Daily Newspaper Oku Selatan / Human Resource Management The formulation of the problem in this study was to find out whether there was any effects of physical and financial factors on employee job satisfaction of PT. Citra Ogan Komering Ulu Daily Newspaper Oku Selatan. This study aimed to determine the effects of physical and financial factors on employee job satisfaction of PT. Citra Ogan Komering Ulu Daily Newspaper Oku Selatan. The type of research used associative. The data collection technique in the study was a questionnaire. The research population was PT. Citra Ogan Komering Ulu Daily newspaper Oku Selatan with 60 employees. The number of samples selected was 52 employees. The data analysis in this research was quantitative qualitative. The analysis technique in this study was multiple linear regression analysis, F test, t test and the coefficient of determination (R2) with a significant level of 5%. The results showed that there was any effects of physical and financial factors on employee job satisfaction. This was evidenced by the results of multiple linear regression Y = 4.663 + 0.357 X1 + 0.338 X2. Simultaneously it showed the existence of a positive and significant effect of physical and financial factors on employee job satisfaction with a value of Fcount (31.373) ≥ Ftable (3,18) with a significant level of 0.000 < sig α = 0.05. Partially it known that physical factor gave an effect on employee satisfaction with a value of tcount (3.300) ≥ ttable (1.675), with significant of t 0.002 < sig α = 0.05. Financial factors significantly gave an effect on employee satisfaction with a value of tcount (2.975) ≥ ttable (1.675), with significant levels of 0,005 t < sig α = 0.05. The coefficient of determination of 0.544 (54.4%) variables of physical and financial factors could explain job satisfaction. Meanwhile (45.6%) was influenced by other factors outside the research.
