Abstract

ABSTRACT The formulation of the problem in this study 1) was there any effects of work motivation and work discipline on employee performance of PT. Dahlia Dewantara Palembang branch, 2) was there any effect of work motivation on employee performance of PT. Dahlia Dewantara Palembang branch, 3) was there any effect of work discipline on employee performance of PT. Dahlia Dewantara Palembang branch. This research was conducted with the hypothesis that 1) there was any effects of work motivation and work discipline on employee performance of PT. Dahlia Dewantara Palembang branch, 2) there was any effect of work motivation on employee performance of PT. Dahlia Dewantara Palembang branch, 3) there was any effect of work discipline on employee performance of PT. Dahlia Dewantara Palembang branch. This type of research was associative. The sample used as many as 40 employees of PT. Dahlia Dewantara Palembang Branch with a technique using Proportionate Stratified Random sampling. The data in this study were primary and secondary data. The data collection method was through a questionnaire and documentation. The data analysis technique used Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results of this study indicated that 1) there was a significant effect of work motivation and work discipline on employee performance of PT Dahlia Dewantara Palembang branch, 2) there was a significant effect of work motivation on employee performance of PT. Dahlia Dewantara Palembang branch, 3) there was a significant effect of work discipline on employee performance of PT. Dahlia Dewantara Palembang branch.
