Abstract
Parking building is a building specially built for parking vehicles, thus using land, especially in downtown areas, can be carried out efficiently. The parking building can be combined with an activity center, where the basement floor and several floors above are used for parking and then on top of it is placed a central building for activities such as shops, offices and other activity centers. In this study, the library review is based on the Indonesian National Standard (SNI) and related regulations regarding building structure planning. In planning this 4-storey parking building uses f'c 30 MPa, for longitudinal reinforcement uses the quality Bj 57 with f'y = 400 MPa and f'u = 570 MPa, while for stirrup reinforcement uses the quality Bj39 with f'y = 240 MPa and f'u = 390 MPa. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion that has been carried out on the 2D portal model using the Kani method and SAP2000 V.14.2.2 the mean value in the moment plane obtained from structural analysis using conventional methods is 8301,49 Kg/m2. The average field moment value obtained from structural analysis using the program is 8520,61 Kg/m2.
