Abstract

Abstract Della Rizki Agustin /2I20I7050 / 2020 / The Effects of Communication and Work Motivation on Employee Performance of PT. Bangun Karya Pratama Lestari Tanjung Enim / Human Resources (SDM) The problem formulation in this study I) was there any effects of communication and work motivation on employee performance of PT. Bangun Karya Pratama Lestari Tanjung Enim, 2) was there any effect of communication on employee performance of PT. Bangun Karya Pratama Lestari Tanjung Enim, 3) was there any effect of work motivation on employee performance of PT. Bangun Karya Pratama Lestari Tanjung Enim. The purpose of the research was 1) to find out effects of communication and work motivation on employee performance of PT. Bangun Karya Pratama Lestari Tanjung Enim, 2) to find out effect of communication on employee performance of PT. Bangun Karya Pratama Lestari Tanjung Enim, 3) to find out the effect of work motivation on employee performance of PT. Bangun Karya Pratama Lestari Tanjung Enim. This type of research was associative. Samples used by 61 people with sampling techniques using proportionate stratifed random sampling. The data in this study were primary data and secondary data. Data collection methods used through questionnaires. The data analysis technique was Multiple Linear Regression. The results showed that 1) there was significant effects of communication and work motivation on employee performance, 2) there was a significant effect of communication on employee performance, 3) there was a significant effect of work motivation on employee performance.
