Abstract

Abstract Ayu Lestari / 212017066P / 2021 / The Effects of Turnover Intention and Information Technology on Job Satisfaction During the Covid-19 Pandemic in PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Divisi Regional III Palembang. The problem formulation in this study was the effects of turnover intention and information technology on job satisfaction during the covid-19 pandemic in PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Divisi Regional III Palembang. The population in this study was 116 employees, with a sample of 90 respondents calculated by using the formula Slovin with an error rate of 5%, sampling techniques used proportionate stratified random sampling. The data were primary and secondary data. Data collection method used questionnaire. Data analysis was qualitative analysis that was nottitative. Analysis techniques used multiple linear regressions. The results of the analysis showed that there was a positive effects caused by variable turnover intention and information technology on job satisfaction during the covid-19 pandemic with regression equation: Y = 1.125 + 0.562X1 + 0.386X2. F test results showed the value of Fcount 131,090 > Ftabel 2.36, it meant that there iwas any effects of turnover intention and information technology on job satisfaction during the covid-19 pandemic. T test results showed the value of tcount 3,630 > ttabel 1,662 for the variable turnover intention, and the value of tcount 2,555 > ttabel 1,662 for information technology variables, it meant that there was a partial effects of intention turnover and information technology on job satisfaction. The results of the determinant coefficient test showed that turnover intention variables and information technology were able to contribute to job satisfaction, by 74.5%.
