Abstract

ABSTRACT Lindi Nopriansyah/212016325M/2020/The Influence Of Career Development And Work Motivation On Employee Job Satisfaction At PT. Palembang Jaya Power Plant / HR. This research was conducted to determine the effect of career development and work motivation on employee job satisfaction at PT. Palembang Jaya Power Plant. This type of research is associative research, because this research will explain the relationship between one variable and another. The population in this study were all employees at PT. Palembang Jaya Power Plant, with a total of 120 employees. The sampling method used was proportionate stratified random sampling. The data needed in this study are primary and secondary data. The data collection method used in this study is a questionnaire method. Data analysis that will be used in this research is qualitative and quantitative analysis. Likert scale is used to quantify qualitative data. The analytical technique used is to use multiple linear regression analysis techniques and hypothesis testing, but beforehand must test the validity and reliability. The research results show that there is a significant effect of career development and work motivation together on job satisfaction at PT. Palembang Jaya Power Plant, the results of hypothesis testing through the t test (partial), showed that there was a significant effect of career development on job satisfaction at PT. Palembang Jaya Power Plant.
