Abstract

ABSTRACT The Effect of Work Discipline and Work Motivation on Employee Performance CV.Grand Indo Properti Palembang City / Human Resource Management The formulations of the problem in this study are whether there is an effect of work discipline and work motivation jointly on the Employee Performance of CV. Grand Indo Properti Palembang City. This research including associative research. The location of this research is located at Jln. Governor H. Bastari Jakabaring PO. Box 1017 Palembang 3000 South Sumatra Indonesia. Total population 83, with a sample of 65 people, with a proportionate stratified random sampling technique. The data used are primary data and secondary. Methods of data collection through interviews, questionnaires, observation, and documentation. Analysis The data used are qualitative and quantitative analysis. The analysis technique uses linear regression multiple, F test (simultaneous), t test (partial) and the coefficient of determination. The results of the multiple linear regression equation show that there is a positive influence between work discipline and motivation to work together on the performance of employees of CV. Grand Indo Properti Palembang City. Hypothesis F test results show that there is a significant influence on Work Discipline and Work Motivation on Employee performance variable Work Discipline (X1), Work Discipline partially affects performance Employees of CV. Grand Indo Properti Palembang City. Hypothesis t test results indicate that there is an effect significant variable Work Discipline and Work Motivation variables partially on Employee Performance CV.Grand Indo Properti Palembang City. The coefficient of determination of 0.786 gives meaning that the variables of Work Discipline and Work Motivation are only able to explain changes to the variables Employee performance of 78.6%. While the remaining 21.4% is explained by other factors which are not included in this study. The results showed that there was an effect of work discipline and motivation Work on Employee Performance of CV. Grand Indo Properti Palembang City.
