Abstract

Iis Dahlia / 212016184M / 2020 / The Effect of Work Discipline and Motivation on Employee Performance of CV. Palembang Promo Idea / HR Management The formulation of the problem in this study is is there any influence of work discipline and motivation on the performance of employees of CV. Palembang Promo Idea. This research is an associative research. The location of this research is located at Jln. H.M Noerdin Pandji Suka Maju, Sako District, Palembang City, South Sumatra. Total population was 83 people, with a sample of 62 people, with a proportionate stratified random sampling technique. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The method of collecting data through a questionnaire. The data analysis used was qualitative and quantitative analysis. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression, F test (simultaneous), t test (partial) and the coefficient of determination. The results of the multiple linear regression equation show that there is a positive influence between work discipline and motivation on the performance of the employees of CV. Pelembang Promo Idea. Hypothesis F test results show that there is a significant influence on Work Discipline and Motivation on Employee Performance, Work Discipline variable (X1), Work Discipline partially affects the employee performance of CV. Pelembang Promo Idea. Hypothesis test results show that there is a significant influence on the Work Discipline or Motivation variable partially on the Employee Performance of CV. Palembang Promo Idea. The coefficient of determination of 0.776 means that the variables of work discipline and motivation can contribute to the ups and downs of performance, with the amount of contribution caused by 77.6%. While the remaining 22.4% is explained by variables not included in this study. The results showed that there was an effect of work discipline and motivation on the performance of the employees of CV. Pelembang Promo Idea.
