Abstract

Andina Anggraini / 212016280/2020 / Effect of Work Motivation and Work Discipline on Employee Performance of PT. Sentosa Bahagia with Palembang / Human Resource Management. The formulation of the problem in this study is whether there is an effect of work motivation and work discipline on the performance of employees of PT. Sentosa Bahagia Bersama Palembang. The aim is to determine the effect of work motivation and work discipline on the performance of employees of PT. Sentosa Bahagia Bersama. This type of research used in this study is associative. The variables used are work motivation, work discipline, and employee performance. The population in this study all permanent employees of PT. Sentosa Bahagia Bersama Palembang, amounting to 121 people and the sample taken in this study was 88 respondents with a stratified random sampling technique. The analysis method used is qualitative which is then quantified. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis, F test, t test and the coefficient of determination. The test results using multiple regression analysis show that together there is a positive and significant effect of work motivation and work discipline on employee performance. While partially work motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Work Motivation, Work Discipline, Employee Performance.
