Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this study is is there an influence of Employee Development and Work Environment on Employee Performance of PT. Happy Sentosa with Palembang. The aim is to determine the effect of Employee Development and Work Environment on Employee Performance at PT. Happy Sentosa with Palembang. This type of research used in this study is associative. The variables used are employee development and work environment, and employee performance. The population in this study all employees of Employee Development and Work Environment on Employee Performance of PT. Sentosa Bahagia Bersama Palembang, amounting to 121 people and the sample taken in this study was 88 respondents with a stratified random sampling technique. The analysis method used is qualitative which is then quantified. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis, F test, t test and the coefficient of determination. The test results using multiple regression analysis show that together there is a positive and significant effect of Employee Development and Work Environment on employee performance. While partially Employee Development and the work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Employee Development, Work Environment, Employee Performance
