Abstract

ABSTRACT Fit Tarmizi/212016034/2020/influence promotion and quality of service Towards the interest of returning tourists at Bumi Ayu temple in Pali District The problem in this research is, there is the influence of promotion and quality of service to the interest of visiting the Bumi Ayu Temple. This research aims to determine the influence of promotion and quality of service to the interest of visiting the Bumi Ayu Temple. Research is conducted using associative research methods. The population in this study is the population in this study is the tourism visitor of Bumi Ayu Temple of PALI District which is not known for certain (Infinite). The data used is primary data. Methods of collecting data through Kusioner. Analysis of the data used is qualitative and quantitative analysis. The analytical techniques used are multiple linear regression analyses, F-tests, T-tests and coefficient of determination (R2) with a significant rate of 10%. The results showed that there was an influence of promotion and quality of service on the interest of returning tourists to the Bumi Ayu Temple of Pali District. This is evidenced by the results of multiple linear regression Y = 4.659 + 0.368 X1 + 0, 364 X2 test result F showed a positive and significant influence that the value of Fcount (37.741) > Ftabel (3.14), with the level of sig. F 0.000 < 0.1 (significant) t test result known to the risk perception of significant influence on Thitung for promotion of 4.353 > This 1.667, with the level sig. T 0.000 < 0.10 (significant) the value of Thitung for the quality of service of 3.663 > This 1.667, with the level of sig. T 0.000 < 0.10 (significant) test coefficient of determination 0.733 x 100% = 73.3% meaning promotion variables and quality of service is constricting to ups and downs of the interest of visits again. Meanwhile, the remaining 27.7% is explained by other variables
