Abstract

This study aimed to determine whether or not there was an influence of psychological factors, social factors, and main factors in working on employee job satisfaction at PT. Esbecon Utama Palembang. The samples taken were 61 respondents. The data used was quantitative qualitative analysis. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show the regression equation Y = 1.076 + 0.241 X1 + 0.337 X2 + 0.375 X3. The results of hypothesis testing was through the F test (Simultaneous) using a confidence level of 90%, showed that there was a significant influence of psychological factors, social factors and main factors in working simultaneously on job satisfaction at PT. Esbecon Utama. The results of hypothesis testing through t test (partial) using a confidence level of 90%, showed that there was a partially significant influence of psychological factors on job satisfaction. The results of the coefficient of determination test prove that psychological factors, social factors and main factors at work could contribute 98.0% in explaining changes that occur in job satisfaction.
