Abstract

ABSTRACT In this study, the research used the associative type because it was wise to look at the relationship between two or more variables with a quantitative approach where it looked more at data in the form of numbers and qualitative data which were extrapolated. The population of this study were all employees of PT Sunan Rubber Palembang who were able to enter 348 people by taking samples through the Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling technique and getting 78 respondents. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis, F test, T test, and determination of coefficients with quantitative qualitative methods of analysis. The results of the study using multiple linear regression analysis techniques showed the results Y = 3.046 + 0.366 X1 + 0.388 X2 + 0.223 X3. The simultaneous hypothesis test results show that the value of Fcount (84.762)> Ftable (2.16), sig.F of 0,000 <0.10 (significant), so Ho is rejected, meaning that there is a significant influence on work motivation, job stress and job satisfaction together. -same on the performance of employees of PT. Sunan Rubber Palembang. Meanwhile, based on the partial test, it shows that tcount for work motivation is 3.440> ttable 1.293, sig.t of 0.000 <0.10 (significant), so Ho is rejected, meaning that there is a significant effect of work motivation on the performance of employees of PT. Sunan Rubber Palembang. The tcount value for work stress is 3.231> ttable 1.293, sig.t of 0,000 <0.10 (significant), so Ho is rejected, meaning that there is a significant effect of work stress on the performance of employees of PT. Sunan Rubber Palembang. The tcount value for job satisfaction is 1.954> ttable 1.293, sig.tof 0,000 <0.10 (significant), so Ho is rejected, meaning that there is a significant effect of job satisfaction on the performance of employees of PT. Sunan Rubber Palembang. Testing the coefficient of determination also assesses this effect by obtaining an Adjusted R Square of 0.765 x 100% = 76.5%, meaning that the variables of work motivation, job stress and job satisfaction have contributed to the decline in employee performance, with the number of contributions caused by 76.5 %. While the remaining 23.5% was reported by other variables not included in this study. Keywords: Work Motivation, Job Stress, Job Satisfaction, Employee Performance.
