Abstract

ABSTRACT Melisa Anggraini / 212016179 / 2020 / The Effect of Organizational Commitment and Work Discipline on Employee Performance of PT. Musi Hutan Persada Region I (Production Division) Suban Jeriji Muara Enim. Formulation of the problems in this study, 1) Is there an influence of organizational commitment and work discipline together on the performance of employees of PT. Musi Hutan Persada Region I (Production Division) Suban Jeriji Muara Enim ? 2) Is there an effect of partial organizational commitment and work discipline on the performance of the employees of PT. Musi Hutan Persada Region I (Production Division) Suban Jeriji Muara Enim ?. This research was conducted with the aim of 1) to determine the effect of organizational commitment and work discipline together on the performance of employees of PT. Musi Hutan Persada Region I (Production Division) Suban Jeriji Muara Enim. 2) to determine the effect of organizational commitment and work discipline partially on the performance of the employees of PT. Musi Hutan Persada Region I (Production Division) Suban Jeriji Muara Enim. This type of research is associative. The sample used was 92 employees at PT. Musi Hutan Persada Region I (Production Division) Suban Jeriji Muara Enim. with sampling techniques using cluster sampling. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data. Data collection methods used through the Questionnaire (Questionnaire). Analysis of the data used is qualitative and quantitative analysis with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results showed that from the calculation of Fcount (8.588)> Ftable (2.36) and tcount (2.516) X1 (1.851) X2> ttable (1.662). It means that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that there is an influence of organizational commitment (X1) Work Discipline (X2) on Employee Performance (Y), both simultaneously and partially.
