Abstract

ABSTRACT Dio Fanili / 212015065 / The Effect of Leadership and Work Discipline on Employee Performance of PT. Aburahmi Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir (PALI) The formulation of the problem in this study is the influence of leadership and work discipline on the performance of the employees of PT. Aburahmi Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir (PALI). This research is an associative research. The sample in this study were 89 people. With the Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling technique. The data used are primary data. Questionnaire data collection methods. Data analysis used multiple linear regression, F test (simulta), t test (partial). The results of tests that have been carried out from this study indicate that the results of multiple linear regression calculations are Y = 1.404 + 0.946X1 + 0.128 X2. Simultaneous hypothesis test results prove there is an influence of leadership and work discipline on employee performance. Hypothesis test results partially there is a partial leadership effect on employee performance and there is the influence of work discipline on employee performance. The results of the coefficient of determination test prove that leadership and work discipline are able to contribute 92.9%. Aburahmi Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir (PALI) Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah pengaruh kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Aburahmi Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir (PALI). Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian Asosiatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 89 orang. Dengan teknik Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer. Metode pengumpulan data kuisioner. Analisis data yang digunakan regresi linear berganda, uji F (simulta), uji t (parsial). Hasil pengujian yang telah dilakukan dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa hasil perhitungan regresi linear berganda yaitu Y = 1,404 + 0,946X1 + 0,128 X2. Hasil uji hipotesis secara simultan, membuktikan ada pengaruh kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil uji hipotesis secara parsial ada pengaruh kepemimpinan secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan dan ada pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil uji koefisien determinasi membuktikan bahwa kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja mampu berkontribusi sebesar 92,9%. Kata Kunci : Kepemimpinan, Disiplin kerja, kinerja karyawan
