Abstract

Asphalt Concrete – Wearing Course Is the topmost pavement layer and serves as a wear layer. Although non-structural, AC-WC can add pavement- resistant force to the quality degradation so as to increase overall service life from pavement construction. Based on the results of Marshall research and testing with Asphalt content of 5%, 5.5%, 6%, 6.5% and 7%. Optimum Asphalt content of 6.10%. In this research filler in use is las karbit. With Asphalt Level 6.25% then At the time of production at AMP (Asphalt Mixing Plan) Can be tried Using Las Karbit filler. Keywords: AC-WC Las Karbit as filler.
