Abstract

SLOPE’S LANDSLIDE SUSCEPTIBILITY STUDY CASE MUARA BELITI ROAD – MUSI RAWAS DISTRICT BAOUNDARY SECTION USING FINITE ELEMENT Abstract Landslide vulnerability Muara Beliti Road – Musi Rawas District Baoundary Section KM251+990 usually occurs in the rainy season, because more than usually rainfull intensity will cause the soil become saturated of water its mean that the soil can’t hold water into the porch so that pore wilol rise wgich results in strong shear the soil become small and become labile and prone to landslide. Method that will used in completing this landslide problem is the Felenius Method as a calculation for the initial conditions and Plaxis 8.2 used for modeling calculation for landslide handling. As proof of landslide it is obtained FS < 1.5 using Felenius Method and modeling calculation for landslide handling used Plaxis 8.2 is FS > 1.5. Keyword: Landslide Vulnerability, Felenius Method, Calculation using Plaxis 8.2.
