Abstract

Peneltian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui 1) Pengaruh Kepemimpinan terhadap Kinerja Guru, 2) Pengaruh Motivasi terhadap Kinerja Guru, 3) Pengaruh Kompetensi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Guru. 4) Pengaruh Kepemimpinan, Motivasi dan Kompetensi terhadap Kinerja Guru. Jenis penelitian ini Kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh Guru SMK Muhammadiyah yang ada di Kota Palembang berjumlah 184 guru dan Sampel pada penelitian berjumlah 139 guru. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Cluster Random Sampling. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu data primer dengan metode pengumpulan data kuesioner. Adapun teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Regresi Linier Berganda dengan Aplikasi Program SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Ada pengaruh tidak signifikan Kepemimpinan terhadap Kinerja Guru. 2) Ada pengaruh signifikan Motivasi terhadap Kinerja Guru. 3) Ada pengaruh signifikan Kompetensi terhadap Kinerja Guru. 4) Ada pengaruh signifikan Kepemimpinan, Motivasi dan Kompetensi terhadap Kinerja Guru. This study aims to determine: 1) the effect of Leadership on Teacher Performance; 2) the effect of Motivation on Teacher Performance; 3) the effect of Competence on Teacher Performance; and 4) the simultaneous effect of Leadership, Motivation, and Competence on Teacher Performance. This study employed a quantitative research approach. The population consisted of all teachers at Muhammadiyah Vocational High Schools in Palembang City, totaling 184 teachers, with a sample of 139 teachers. The sampling technique used was Cluster Random Sampling. The data used in this study were primary data collected through questionnaires. The data analysis technique employed was Multiple Linear Regression using the SPSS program. The results of the study indicate that: 1) Leadership has no significant effect on Teacher Performance; 2) Motivation has a significant effect on Teacher Performance; 3) Competence has a significant effect on Teacher Performance; and 4) Leadership, Motivation, And Competence simultaneously have a significant effect on Teacher Performance.
