Abstract

This research aimed to address exciting problems, namely how cloud influence accountability on the Village Fun Management in KecamatanTebing Tinggi, how could the influence of participation on the Village Fun Management in KecamatanTebing Tinggi. The purpose of this research was to know the influence of accountability on the Village Fun Management in KecamatanTebing Tinggi, to know the influence of participation on the Village Fun Management in KecamatanTebing Tinggi. The type of research in this research was descriptive research and associative. This research was conducted in KecamatanTebing Tinggi. The variables in the research was accountability, participation, and management of the Fund. The data this research was the primary data collection technique with data using a detailed questionnaire. Analytical methods and techniques of data analysis used in this research wasquantitative and qualitative methods of analysis technique and descriptive analysis with keyword: accountability, participation, management of the village Fund
