Abstract

Pekerjaan galian quarry pada Proyek Bendungan Tiga Dihaji Paket 2 Kabupaten OKU Selatan memerlukan penggunaan alat berat excavator dan dump truck untuk mendukung proses pemuatan dan pengangkutan material. Produktivitas alat berat menjadi salah satu faktor yang memengaruhi tercapainya target waktu penyelesaian pekerjaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis produktivitas excavator dan dump truck serta menentukan alternatif kerja yang paling efektif untuk mencapai target pekerjaan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan memanfaatkan data hasil observasi lapangan dan data proyek. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan produktivitas alat berat pada pekerjaan galian quarry dengan volume pekerjaan sebesar 51.106 m³, diperoleh produktivitas lapangan excavator sebesar 5.399,772 m³/minggu, sedangkan produktivitas lapangan dump truck sebesar 12.606,209 m³/minggu. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, waktu penyelesaian pekerjaan diperkirakan mencapai 66 hari atau sekitar 9 minggu, sehingga belum memenuhi target penyelesaian yang direncanakan selama 21 hari atau 3 minggu. Alternatif kerja yang paling efektif untuk meningkatkan produktivitas adalah alternatif 3, yaitu dengan menambah 3 unit excavator serta menambah jam kerja (lembur) selama 5 jam, sehingga target penyelesaian pekerjaan dapat tercapai sesuai rencana.
