Abstract

ABSTRACK This study aims to determine the profile of agricultural extension agents as agents of change in carrying out agricultural development programs in the Banyuasin district (Case of Rambuatn District from December 2018 to February 2019. The research method used is a case study. Simple sampling method is used for sampling methods. sampling Data collection methods used in this study are direct interviews with respondents who have been determined using the Koesisoner tool that has been prepared in advance Processing and analysis of data is carried out using a qualitative descriptive method and the results of the study show that the profile of agricultural extension agents is an agent of change in run an agricultural development program in Rambutan sub-district very well in accordance with the conditions as an agricultural instructor and farmers provide a positive response to the profile of agricultural extension agents As Agent Of Change in Running the Pe Program Agricultural Development in Banyuasin District Rambutan Blunder Case
