Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi efek penggunaan Pupuk Organik Cair (POC) dari limbah ikan serta pupuk Nitrogen terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil jagung hibrida. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada November 2025 hingga Maret 2026 di Kecamatan Indralaya, Ogan Ilir. Metode yang digunakan adalah Split Plot Design dengan tiga ulangan. Perlakuan terdiri dari dosis POC limbah ikan (100, 125, 150 ml/tanaman) dan dosis pupuk N (50, 75, 100 kg/ha). Hasil menunjukkan bahwa POC limbah ikan dosis 125 ml/tanaman berpengaruh signifikan terhadap jumlah daun. Sementara itu, pupuk N dosis 75 kg/ha berpengaruh sangat signifikan terhadap berat tongkol per tanaman (141,11 g) dan berat pipilan per petak (3,80 kg). Kombinasi terbaik secara tabulasi ditemukan pada dosis POC 125 ml/tanaman dan pupuk N 75 kg/ha dengan hasil produksi mencapai 3,62 ton/ha. ABSTRACT This study aimed to evaluate the effect of using fish waste liquid organic fertilizer (POC) and nitrogen fertilizer on the growth and yield of hybrid corn. The study was conducted between November 2025 and March 2026 in Indralaya District, Ogan Ilir. The method used was a Split Plot Design with three replications. Treatments included fish waste POC doses (100, 125, 150 ml/plant) and N fertilizer doses (50, 75, 100 kg/ha). Results showed that fish waste POC at 125 ml/plant significantly affected the number of leaves. Meanwhile, N fertilizer at 75 kg/ha significantly affected cob weight per plant (141.11 g) and shelled corn weight per plot (3.80 kg). The best tabulated combination was 125 ml/plant POC and 75 kg/ha N fertilizer, yielding 3.62 tons/ha.
