Abstract

Drainage is drain , drain , remove or drain the water . In the field of civil engineering , a technical measures to reduce excess water , whether from rain , seepage , or excess irrigation water from an area or land , so that the function of land or areas are not disturbed . In this study , the technical evaluation uses the theories acquired during the author studied civil engineering courses . This study aimed to evaluate the drainage system in the area with some of the existing count method in the theory of urban drainage . The results of the evaluation by the method of distribution gumbell on rainfall data with some return period . The results of the evaluation of the drainage channels are channels that do not meet the maximum water discharge , causing waterlogging or flooding .
