Abstract

Ferdi Muttaqin1, Revisdah2, Verinazul Septriansyah3 Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) is a crucial factor in the success of construction projects to minimize the risk of accidents and losses. This study aims to determine the implementation level of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SMK3) as a fulfillment of corporate safety culture at the Oncology Center Building Construction Project of Mohammad Hoesin Hospital (RSMH) Palembang. The research method used is descriptive quantitative, with data collection through observation and questionnaires distributed to 40 project workers as respondents. The sample size was determined using the Slovin formula with a precision level of 15%. Data analysis was conducted to measure compliance based on SMK3 indicators according to Government Regulation No. 50 of 2012, covering aspects of policy, planning, implementation, monitoring, and management review. The results showed that the implementation of SMK3 in this project is in accordance with the provisions of Government Regulation No. 50 of 2012. Based on the scoring results, the SMK3 implementation level is in the "Satisfactory" category with a final score of 88.67%. This achievement is supported by high average scores for each indicator: OHS Management Policy (89.37%), Planning (86.75%), Implementation and Preparedness (88.18%), Monitoring and Evaluation (88.3%), and Management Review (90.75%).
