Abstract
In large scale civil engineering work, the use of heavy equipment is unavoidable. Similarly, in the Bridge Construction project, heavy equipment resources are the main factor in the implementation of a bridge project. Crawler Crane And Tower Crane, which play a role in speeding up the construction process and increasing efficiency in projects. The existence of this tool has a positive influence on various construction projects, so that the construction of buildings, bridges, and other infrastructure. This research was carried out at Locations P14.2 and P14.3 of the Musi V Bridge Structure Construction Project Locations P14.2 and P14.3. The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the productivity level of the Crawler Crane and Tower Crane heavy equipment used at Locations P14.2 and P14.3 in the process of installing Segmental Box Girder in the Musi V Bridge Structure Construction Project Based on the results of this study at the P14.2 location located in the middle of the river, the 50 ton Sumitomo Crawler Crane recorded a cycle time between 14.44 minutes to 40.53 minutes with a productivity between 1.20 segments/hour to 3.37 segments/hour. At the same location, the 150-ton Sumitomo Crawler Crane shows cycle times ranging from 8.57 minutes to 36.94 minutes with productivity ranging from 1.32 segments/hour to 5.67 segments/hour. Meanwhile, at Location P14.3 located on land, the 55-ton Kobelco Crawler Crane recorded a shorter cycle time, ranging from 7.02 minutes to 31.21 minutes with a productivity value of 1.56 segments/hour to 6.92 segments/hour. The 16-ton Tower Crane recorded a cycle time between 8.12 minutes to 45.63 minutes with a productivity value of 1.07 seg-ments/hour to 5.99 segments/hour.
