Abstract

ABSTRACT Diky Zulkarnain/212013324/2019/ The Influence of Trainning and Compensation to Employee Performance of PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Sumatera Selatan dan Bangka Belitung Pelembang. The purpose of this study was to find out the influence of implementation of Trainning And Compentationto Employee performance at PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Sumatera Selatan dan Bangka Belitung Palembang. The sample of this research was employes how work in Bank Sumsel Babel, there were 76 respondents. This study used associative research. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The technique used for collecting the data were questionnaires. Analyze of the data used is instruments test (validatity and reliability), classic assumption, multiple Linear Regression , t test, f test, and the determinant coefficient. The result of this study is trainning and compensation together have a positiveand significant influence on employee performance Keyword: Trainning, Compensation, and performance employees
