Abstract

ABSTRAK Nama:Ristin Martania/222014059/2019/Pengaruh Karakteristik Pemerintah Daerah Terhadap Kinerja Penyelenggaraan Pemerintah Daerah Di Provinsi Sematera Selatan/Akuntansi Sektor Publik Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji seberapa besarkah pengaruh karakteristik pemerintah daerah terhadap kinerja penyelenggaraan pemerintah daerah Kabupaten/Kota di Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Metode pengukuran kinerja dengan menggunakan pedoman Evalwasi Kineja Penyelenggaraan Pmerintah Daerah (EKPPD). Penelitian ini menggunakan populasi semua Kabupaten/Kota di Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 15 (lima belas) Kabupaten/Kota yang telah memenuhi kreteria yang ditetapkan penulis. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik dokumentasi. Pengujian dilakukan menggunakan statistik SPSS dengan regresi linear. Berdasarkan hasil olah statistik SPSS dengan regresi linear dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut. Bahwa tingkat ketergantungan daerah (PAD), tingkat ketergantungan pada pusat (DAU), belanja modal (BM), Status daerah (Kabupaten/Kota), dan ukuran daerah (TA) berpengaruh terhadap kinerja penyelenggaraan pemerintah daerah. Tetapi untuk variabel belanja modal dan ststus daerah, arah tersebut tidak sesuai dengan hipotesis penelitian karena hasilnya adalah negatif. Kata Kunci: tingkat kekayaan daerah, tingkat ketergantungan pada pusat, belanja modal, status daerah, ukuran daerah, kinerja pemerintah This study aims to test how big is the influence of the characteristics of local government performance against the Organization of the local government district/city in South Sumatra Province. Performance measurement methods using the guidelines Evalwasi Kineja organization of the Pmerintah region (EKPPD). This research using population all Kabupaten/Kota in South Sumatra Province. The sample in this study 15 (fifteen) district/city have met the specified kreteria the author. Data collection is done with the techniques of documentation. Testing was done using SPSS statistics with linear regression. Based on the results of sports statistics of linear regression with SPSS can be summed up as follows.
