Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this study is 1) Is there any influence of Employee Compensation on Work Motivation at PT. Southern Tania Ogan Komering Ilir South Sumatra? 2) Is there an influence of the Work Environment on Work Motivation at PT. Southern Tania Ogan Komering Ilir South Sumatra? 3) Is there an effect of Student Compensation on Employee Performance at PT. Southern Tania Ogan Komering Ilir South Sumatra? 4) Is there an influence of the Work Environment on Employee Performance at PT. Southern Tania Ogan Komering Ilir South Sumatra? 5) Is there an effect of Work Motivation on Employee Performance at PT. South Tania Ogan Komering Ilir South Sumatra. The aim is to: 1) To determine the effect of Employee Compensation on Work Motivation at PT. South Tania Ogan Komering Ilir South Sumatra. 2) To determine the effect of the Work Environment on Work Motivation at PT. South Tania Ogan Komering Ilir South Sumatra. 3) To determine the effect of Student Compensation on Employee Performance at PT. South Tania Ogan Komering Ilir South Sumatra. 4) To determine the effect of the Work Environment on Employee Performance at PT. South Tania Ogan Komering Ilir South Sumatra. 5) To determine the effect of Work Motivation on Employee Performance at PT. South Tania Ogan Komering Ilir South Sumatra. There are four variables, namely: Employee Compensation and Work Discipline on Work Motivation and Employee Performance which overall are re-developed into 20 indicators. The study population amounted to 138 employees by taking the number of samples of 100 employees. Probability sampling technique. Primary data is needed as a basis for analysis, while the technique of data collection is a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of the analysis show 1) Employee Compensation construct for Work Motivation obtained by the value of t count of 2.81 so that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted because of 2.81 (> 1.96). This means that with an error rate of 5% Employee Compensation has an effect on Work Motuivasi. 2) The scope of the construct work on Work Motivation obtained by the value of t arithmetic of 0.34 so that H0 at the level of education and H1 is rejected because 0.34 (<1.96) This means that with an error rate of 5% it can be concluded that work environment does not affect Work Motivation . 3) Compensation of Employee constructs on Employee Performance obtained by the value of t count of 2.43 so that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted because of 2.43 (> 1.96). This means that with an error rate of 5% Employee Compensation has an effect on Employee Performance. 4) The constructive work environment for Employee Performance is obtained by the value of t count of 2.67 so that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted because of 2.67 (> 1.96). This means that with an error rate of 5% it can be concluded that the work environment influences employee performance. 5) Employee Performance obtained by t count value of 2.29 so that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted because of 2.29 (> 1.96). This means that with an error rate of 5% it can be concluded that work motivation influences employee performance.
