Abstract

CONGESTION ANALYSIS OF UNSIGNALIZED TRIPLE INTERSECTION FROM COLONEL H NAZOM NURHAWI TO SMK MODEL ROAD SEKAYU CITY Development in the city of Sekayu Musi Banyuasin has increased with the rapid social and economic growth of the community. With the continuous development of the times and the emergence of many means of transportation accompanied by rapid population growth, transportation has become a serious problem that occurs in the city of Sekayu Musi Banyuasin. As a result, the general public, namely road users who are not related to the school, become uncomfortable. The purpose of the research is to find out the causes of congestion on Road Colonel H Nazom Nurhawi to Road Smk Model city of Sekayu. The research I conducted was 3 segments, on Road Colonel H Nazom Nurhawi to Road Smk Model city of Sekayu. The results of the analysis obtained many motorists who eat the road, especially sellers near the shoulder of the road, as well as illegal parking that carelessly uses the shoulder of the road and there are temporary stops sometimes to wait for passengers who want to go to the Randik market.
