Abstract

ABSTRAK Pengetahuan keluarga tentang penyakit kulit dermatitis memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk sikap positif terhadap pencegahan dan pengelolaan penyakit tersebut. Ketika individu atau keluarga memiliki pemahaman yang baik tentang penyakit, mereka cenderung lebih mampu mengenali gejala, memahami faktor pemicu, dan melakukan perawatan yang tepat. Pengetahuan keluarga tentang dermatitis dapat mempengaruhi sikap mereka terhadap penyakit tersebut. Pengetahuan keluarga yang memadai dapat mendorong sikap yang lebih positif dalam mengatasi dan mengurangi angka kekambuhan atau eksaserbasi dermatitis. Tujuan : Mengetahui hubungan antara pengetahuan dan sikap keluarga tentang penyakit kulit dermatitis atopik dengan eksaserbasi dermatitis atopik. Metode : menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional, sampel berjumlah 33 orang. Data dianalisis menggunakan Fisher-exact. Hasil : Terdapat hubungan antara pengetahuan & sikap keluarga dengan kejadian eksaserbasi dermatitis atopik di poli kulit kelamin dan poli anak RSMP dengan p-value 0,000 dan 0,001 ( p < 0,05 ). Kesimpulan : Terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara pengetahuan dan sikap keluarga tentang penyakit kulit dermatitis atopik dengan eksaserbasi dermatitis atopik. Kata kunci: Pengetahuan, Sikap, Dermatitis Atopik ABSTRACT Family knowledge of dermatitis skin disease plays an important role in shaping positive attitudes towards prevention and management of the disease. When individuals or families have a good understanding of the disease, they are more likely to be able to recognize symptoms, understand triggering factors, and perform appropriate treatments. Families' knowledge of dermatitis can influence their attitude towards the disease. Adequate family knowledge can encourage more positive attitudes in coping with and reducing the rate of recurrence or exacerbation of dermatitis. Objective: To determine the relationship between family knowledge and attitudes about atopic dermatitis skin disease with exacerbations of atopic dermatitis. Method: using a cross sectional approach, the sample amounted to 33 people. Data were analyzed using Fisher-exact. Results: There is a relationship between family knowledge and attitude with the incidence of atopic dermatitis exacerbations in the genital skin clinic and pediatric clinic of RSMP with a p-value of 0.000 and 0.001 (p < 0.05). Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between family knowledge and attitude about atopic dermatitis skin disease with exacerbation of atopic dermatitis.
