Abstract

The purpose of this study is to obtain average rainfall calculations in the three districts of Ogan Komering Ulu. The researcher wanted to know the average rainfall in three areas of Ogan Komering Ulu district and the methods where the difference values are close together. In calculating the average rainfall, there are several calculation methods that can be used to perform the calculation. in thisstudy the researchers calculated the average rainfall using the algebraic average method, the Thiessen polygon method and the ishoyet method, the average rainfall for Oku district was averaged again, then the monthly rainfall results were obtained in 2018 was 55.1961 mm, in 2019 was 58.5116 mm, in 2020 was 53.2963 mm, in 2021 was 55, 354 mm, and in 2022 it is 56,380 mm. the average difference between 2018 and 2019 is 5.3274%, 2019 to 2020 is 8.8262%, 2020 to 2021 is 3.4293%, and 2021 to 2022 is 3.9244% The result of the calculation is that there is no significant difference with the average value. The difference in rainfall for 2018 to 2019 is 5.3274%, 2019 to 2020 is 8.8262%, 2020 to 2021 is 3.4293%, and 2021 to 2022 is 3.9244%. are thiessen polygon method and ishoyet method.
