Abstract

DEDY KHARISMA The Effect of Type and Concentration of Natural ZPT on the Growth of Grape Cuttings (Vitis vinifera L) in Polybags. Supervised by SUPLI EFFENDI RAHIM and NURBAITI AMIR. This study aims to identify and determine the best type and concentration of natural ZPT on the growth of grape cuttings (Vitis vinifera L) in polybags. This research was carried out in the area where Prof. Dr. Supli Efendi Rahim, M.Sc. In the Bukit Sejahtera complex block DM 99 RT 79 RW 23 Bukit Lama IB I, Palembang City, South Sumatra. This research was conducted from March to June 2023. This research used an experimental method using a Factorial Randomized Block Design (RBD). The treatment consisted of 2 treatment factors with 9 treatment combinations, and was repeated 3 times, so there were 27 treatments with 4 sample plants. The treatment referred to is as follows: The main factor is the type of natural ZPT (E) consisting of 3 levels: E_(1 ) = red onion, E_2 = green bean sprouts (bean sprouts), E_3 = tomatoes. Growth Regulatory Substance Concentration Factor (K) consists of 3 levels: K_1 = 250 g/L, K_2 = 500 g/L, K_3 = 750 g/L. Variables observed were Time of Shoot Emergence (HST), Number of Leaves (strands), Shoot Height (cm), Percentage of Growth of Cuttings (%), Root Length (cm). The results showed that the type and concentration of natural ZPT 750 g/L gave the best results on the number of leaves and shoot height of grape cuttings.
