Abstract

SEPTA ADIWIJAYA. Growth and Production Response of Rice (Oryza sativa L) to Dosage of Eco Enzyme Fertilizer and Number of Seeds Per Planting Hole in Tidal Land Type Overflow C (supervised by GUSMIATUN and DESSY TRI ASTUTI). This study aims to determine the dose of Eco enzyme and the number of plantings per hole that has the best effect on the growth and production of rice (Oryza sativa L) in tidal flooded type C land. This research was carried out from January 2023 to April 2023 on people's land located in Merah Mata Village, Kampung KB, Banyuasin 1 District, Banyuasin Regency, South Sumatra Province. This research was conducted using the field experiment method, with the design used was a split plot design with 9 treatment combinations repeated 3 times resulting in 27 plots. The treatment in question is as follows main plot of Eco enzyme (E) dosage consisting of E1=5ml/l water, E2=10 ml/l water, E3=15 ml/l water. Sub-plots planted the number of seeds per planting hole (J) consisting of J1 = 1 seed per 1 planting hole, J2 = 2 seedlings per 1 planting hole, J3 = 3 seedlings per 1 planting hole. The changes observed in this study were plant height (cm), panicle length (cm), number of productive tillers (panicles), number of panicles (grains), grain weight per plot (g), grain weight 1000 grains (g), grain weight per clump (g). The treatment combination between the Eco enzyme dose of 15 ml/l water and the number of plants of 1 seed per 1 planting hole gave the highest effect on the growth and production of rice plants as high as 1.51 kg/plot or equivalent to 6.04 tons/ha
