Abstract

Pembangkit listrik tenaga surya merupakan pembangkit yang sangat popular di zaman sekarang yang dimana pembangkit ini ramah terhadap lingkungan serta perancangan tergolong mudah serta sederhana, oleh karena itu pembangkit jenis ini mulai banyak diminati masyarakat. Di desa pandan arang kecamatan kandis kabupaten ogan komering ilir sumatera selatan telah terpasang pembangkit listrik tenaga surya dengan kapasitas panel 1200 Wp untuk mengoperasikan pompa air PAM ketika terjadi pemadaman atau kerusakan listrik yang terjadi di desa tersebut. Untuk mengoptimalkan pemakaian panel surya dilakukan pengamatan terhadap suhu permukaan panel surya demi mendapatkan efisiensi daya keluaran yang maksimal sehingga dapat menunjang pemakaian pompa air lebih baik lagi. Kata kunci : PLTS, Pompa air, Efisiensi, Daya Keluaran Solar power plants are very popular generators nowadays where these generators are friendly to the environment and the design is relatively easy and simple, therefore this type of generator is starting to be in great demand by the public. In Pandan Arang Village, Kandis District, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency, South Sumatra, a solar power plant with a panel capacity of 1200 Wp has been installed to operate the PAM water pump when there is a power outage or damage that occurs in the village. To optimize the use of solar panels, observations of the surface temperature of solar panels are carried out in order to obtain maximum output power efficiency so that it can support the use of water pumps even better.
