Abstract

Water is a basic need for the community which is consumed every day and is very influential in the smooth running of community activities. Fulfillment of water needs every year increases along with the development of the area. Clean water is very influential on the development of cities or regencies because clean water is an important part of the sustainability of economic productivity. The intent and purpose of writing this final report is to analyze and determine the level of service from the fulfillment aspect of the quantity, quality and continuity of the flow Based on the results of the analysis and discussion that has been carried out, it is obtained from the quantity of water for PDAM Tirta Randik, the Babat Toman branch, it is still not effective because there are only 50% of respondents who say that the water distributed fulfills the need for clean water. Water continuity is still not effective flowing continuously for 24 hours/day, only 21.8% of the total respondents are served 24 hours From the quality of the water distributed, it is still not fully effective because only 61.46% of the total respondents stated that the water was not cloudy
