Abstract

This research is entitled "Electronic Service Information System for School Certificates (E-Sketch) at the Indonesian Consulate General in Johor Baharu Malaysia Using the CodeIgniter Framework" by Yopi Mahenra The information technology needed by the Consulate General of the Republic of Indonesia (KJRI) is technology related to the correspondence service system, because the information system will simplify the service process and will also reduce the possibility of data discrepancies, data duplication, data loss or scattering, and so on. , so that risks such as data falsification can be identified quickly and precisely. very helpful to the Consulate General of the Republic of Indonesia in providing services for Indonesian Citizens (WNI) and maintaining the accuracy of data on Indonesian Citizens who attend the Johor Baharu Indonesian School. Formulation of the Problem How to Design and Build an Electronic Service Information System for School Certificates (E-Sketch) at the Indonesian Consulate General in Johor Baharu Using the CodeIgniter Framework. Research Objectives To produce an information system to support services for Indonesian citizens (WNI) at the Consulate General of the Republic of Indonesia (KJRI) Johor Baharu. Rapid Application Development (Rad) research method. In this section, the results show the implementation of the program that the author made. The final result expected is to produce an information system that facilitates the service process for Indonesian citizens (WNI) who wish to make submissions for Family Letter certificates, Termination Certificates. Schools, Cover Letters for Foreign Diploma Applications, Legalization of Diplomas and others to the Consulate General of the Republic of Indonesia in Johor Bahru to serve Indonesian citizens (WNI). Results In this section the results show the implementation of the program that the author made. The final result expected is to produce an information system that facilitates the process of serving Indonesian citizens (WNI) who want to make submissions for Family Letters, School Stoppage Certificates, Letters of Application for Overseas Diplomas, Legalization of Diplomas and others to the Republic of Indonesia's Consulate General Indonesia in Johor Bahru to serve Indonesian citizens (WNI).
