Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Bank Health on the Financial Sustainability Ratio in Conventional Banking Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. In this study, there were 16 samples of conventional banking companies in the 2017-2021 period using the purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used is quantitative analysis. Then performed statistical analysis using Multiple Linear Regression and Hypothesis Testing which includes the F test and t test. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant effect of bank health jointly on the Financial Sustainability Ratio. Based on the partial test, there is a significant effect of Assets, Management, Earnings, and Liquidity on the Financial Sustainability Ratio. Meanwhile, Capital does not have a significant effect on the Financial Sustainability Ratio in conventional banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.
