Abstract

The Gelumbang four-way intersection is also an important intersection for the community, because the Gelumbang sub-district is one of the economic centers, especially for the surrounding community. The type of research used is descriptive and quantitative where primary data collection is carried out in the field. For 7 days (Monday to Sunday) from 07.00- 17.00. When all the primary and secondary data have been obtained, it will be analyzed based on the 1997 MKJI book. The results of the analysis of the performance of the signalless intersection on this section of the existing conditions show unfavorable results based on the book (MKJI 1997). The capacity obtained is 3159.09 pcu/hour, the degree of saturation is 0.91, the intersection delay is 15,66 sec/smp, and the queue probability is 72% (upper limit) and 36% (lower limit).
