Abstract

ABSTRAK Bella Saphira / 222019145 / 2022 Pengaruh Budaya Organnisasi, Proactive Fraud Audit, Dan Whistleblowing System Terhadap Pencegahan Kecurangan Dalam Pengelolaan Dana BOS (Studi Empiris Pada Sekolah Dasar (SD) Negeri Di Kecamatan Pendopo Kabupaten Empat Lawang). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi, Proactive Fraud Audit, Dan Whistleblowing System terhadap pencegahan kecurangan pada sekolah dasar di kecamatan pendopo. Jenis Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian asosiatif, data yang digunakan data primer dan sekunder. Metode pengumpulan data dengan cara wawancara dan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan program Statistic For Special Science (SPSS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi, proactive fraud audit, dan whistleblowing system secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap pencegahan kecurangan. budaya organisasi, dan whistleblowing system berpengaruh terhadap pencegahan kecurangan sedangkan proactive fraud audit tidak berpengaruh terhadap pencegahan kecurangan secara parsial.
