Abstract

ABSTRAK Ariski Hidayat / 212019045 / 2023 / Pengaruh Motivasi, Dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT.PP. London Sumatra Indonesia, Tbk Palembang./ Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia. Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Motivasi Dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT.PP. London Sumatra Indonesia, Tbk Palembang. Jenis penelitian Asosiatif. Jumlah populasi 99 dan sampel 80 orang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. data yang digunakan data primer dan Sekunder, dengan menggunakan metode pengumpulan data kuesioner dan dokumentasi, Teknik analisis yang digunakan Regresi Linier Berganda, Uji Hipotesis F dan t, serta Koefisien Determinasi. Hasil penelitian Menunjukan bahwa ada pengaruh signifikan antara Motivasi dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Ada Pengaruh signifikan antara Motivasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, dan ada Pengaruh signifikan antara Disiplin kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Koefisien determinasi menunjukan bahwa kontribusi Motivasi, Disiplin Kerja dan kinerja karyawan sebesar 81,8 %. Kata Kunci : Motivasi, Disiplin Kerja dan kinerja karyawan. ABSTRACT Ariski Hidayat / 212019045 / 2023 / The Influence of Motivation and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at PT. PP. London Sumatra Indonesia, Tbk Palembang./ Human Resources Management. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work motivation and discipline on employee performance at PT.PP. London Sumatra Indonesia, Tbk Palembang. Associative research type. The total population is 99 and the sample is 80 people. Sampling using Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling technique. the data used are primary and secondary data, using questionnaire data collection methods and documentation, the analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression, Hypothesis Test F and t, and the Coefficient of Determination. The results of the study show that there is a significant influence between motivation and work discipline on employee performance, there is a significant effect between motivation and employee performance, and there is a significant effect between work discipline on employee performance. The coefficient of determination shows that the contribution of motivation, work discipline and employee performance is 81.8%. Keywords: Motivation, Work Discipline and employee performance.
