Abstract

Nurfeby Anisyah Harahap /212019192/ Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja Dan Disiplin Kerja Tehadap Kinerja Pegawai Bank Sumsel Babel Cabang Palembang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Lingkungan kerja dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Bank Sumsel Babel Cabang Palembang. Penelitian ini menggunakan 102 sampel, tehnik pengambilan sampel menggunakan tehnik non Probality Sampling dengan cara Simple Random Sampling. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan asosiatif, data yang digunakan merupakan data primer. Tehnik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kusioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda , Uji F, Uji t dan koefisien determinasi (R2 ) dengan tingkat signifikansi 10%. Hasil analisis Regresi Linier Berganda variabel lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja. Hasil analisis uji F yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan variabel lingkungan dan disiplin mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja. Hasil uji Hipotesis t secara parsial menunjukan bahwa lingkungan dan disiplin berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja. Analisis Koefisien Determentasi memperlihatkan bahwa lingkungan dan disiplin kerja mampu berkontribusi terhadap naik turunnya kinerja karyawan, dengan besar nya perubahan yang disebabkan sebesar 82,5% Kata Kunci : Lingkungan Kerja, Disiplin, dan Kinerja Karyawan Nurfeby Anisyah Harahap /212019192/ The Influence of Work Environment and Work Discipline on the Performance of Employees of Bank Sumsel Babel Palembang Branch. This study aims to determine the influence of the work environment and work discipline on the performance of employees of Bank Sumsel Babel Palembang Branch. This study used 102 samples, sampling techniques using non-Probality Sampling techniques by Simple Random Sampling. The type of research used is associative, the data used is primary data. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire. The analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression analysis, F test, t test and coefficient of determination (R2) with a significance level of 10%. The results of the Multiple Linear Regression analysis of work environment variables and work discipline have a positive influence on Performance. The results of the F test analysis carried out showed that there was a significant influence of environmental variables and discipline had a positive influence on performance. The results of the hypothesis t test partially show that the environment and discipline have a significant effect on performance. The Analysis of the Determentation Coefficient shows that the environment and work discipline can contribute to the ups and downs of employee performance, with the magnitude of the changes caused by 82.5% Keywords : Work Environment, Discipline, and Employee Performance
