Abstract

ABSTRAK Sarmila Wati / 212019009 / 2023 / Pengaruh Kepemimpinan, Disiplin Kerja dan Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawa PT. Caturadiluhur Santosa Palembang. / Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kepemimpinan, Disiplin Kerja dan Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Caturadiluhur Santosa Palembang. Jenis penelitian Asosiatif. Jumlah populasi 100 dan sampel 80 orang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. data yang digunakan data primer dan Sekunder, dengan menggunakan metode pengumpulan data kuesioner dan dokumentasi, Teknik analisis yang digunakan Regresi Linier Berganda, Uji Hipotesis F dan t, serta Koefisien Determinasi. Hasil penelitian Regresi Menunjukan bahwa ada pengaruh signifikan antara Kepemimpinan, Disiplin Kerja dan Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Hasil uji F menunjukan ada pengaruh signifikan antara Kepemimpinan, Disiplin Kerja dan Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Hasil uji t ada signifikan antara Kepemimpinan, Disiplin Kerja dan Budaya Organisasi secara parsial terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Koefisien Determinasi menunjukan bahwa kontribusi Kepemimpinan, Disiplin Kerja dan Budaya Organisasi kinerja karyawan sebesar 77,1 % sisanya 22,9 % dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Kata Kunci : Kepemimpinan, Disiplin Kerja, Budaya Organisasi dan kinerja karyawan. Caturadiluhur Santosa Palembang. / Human Resource Management The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of Leadership, Work Discipline and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance at PT. Caturadiluhur Santosa Palembang. Associative research type. The total population is 100 and the sample is 80 people. Sampling using Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling technique. the data used are primary and secondary data, using questionnaire data collection methods and documentation, the analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression, Hypothesis Test F and t, and the Coefficient of Determination. Regression research results show that there is a significant influence between Leadership, Work Discipline and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance. The results of the F test show that there is a significant influence between Leadership, Work Discipline and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance. The results of the t-test show that there is a significant difference between Leadership, Work Discipline and Organizational Culture partially on Employee Performance. The results of the determination show that the contribution of leadership, work discipline and organizational culture to employee performance is 77,1%, the remaining 22,9% is influenced by other factors.
