Abstract

The condition of the Kelingi Tugumulyo Irrigation network in Musi Rawas Regency has decreased in the condition and function of the irrigation network causing the irrigation network to not be optimal. caused by such as lack of maintenance of irrigation, damage caused by human activity and damage from nature, delayed repair or maintenance, old irrigation networks and lack of availability of maintenance funds and othersThe condition of the Kelingi Tugumulyo Irrigation network in Musi Rawas Regency has decreased in the condition and function of the irrigation network causing the irrigation network to be not optimal. caused by such as lack of maintenance of irrigation, damage caused by human activity and damage from nature, delayed repair or maintenance, old irrigation networks and lack of availability of maintenance funds and others Based on the results of the analysis of the Tugumulyo Irrigation Area from BK.1 to BK.17 with a channel length of 24.29 km. The results of the assessment of the condition of irrigation networks follow the provisions of PU No.42/PRT/M2007 concerning guidelines for evaluating irrigation networks and the functional weight of PerMenPU no.12/PRT/M/2015 as stated in the attachment to the assessment of the function of irrigation assets. Based on the results of research on the condition of the irrigation network in the Tugumulyo ring irrigation area, Musi Rawas Regency, it can be concluded that the results of the assessment of the Condition of the Tugumulyo Rifle Irrigation Network have a damage level of 33% and the function assessment of the Tugumulyo Rifle Irrigation network has a damage value of 26.72% which can be identified as moderate damage. And the performance of the Kelingi Tugumulyo irrigation network is in the less category and needs improvement with a performance percentage value of 60.88%
